Chipped a tooth late in the evening. I texted the office a photo of the chipped tooth and description shortly thereafter. Next morning, I called to confirm receipt of the photo and was informed that their text system does not handle photos (hey, I had to try) but they were aware of my issue due to the text itself. I was fitted-in that afternoon for a temporary fix that will last me till the permanent fix can be done. I am very grateful for this personal and prompt attention.
We are very happy and satisfied with Ottesen Family Dentistry.
Dr. Ottesen is amazing. I had implants put in my lower jaw. She modified my existing bottom denture to save me money and it fits perfectly.
The dental care is excellent!
