Great dentist
The Office staff (Tineka) made the scheduling and completion of forms very easy. All staff were friendly and professional, the environment was pleasant and Dr. Ottesen was super! The consult exam was very thorough. I am confident that I will receive good oral care here. I’m happy to be a new patient with this practice.
We love the staff at Ottesen Family Dentistry! They are thorough and take the time to educate their patients on how to improve their dental health.
Evening of 30 August 2021, my temporary crown broke in two. I left a message with Dr Ottesen office that night. Next morning, I was contacted with an offer of an 8:10am appointment. They even had my new crown ready one week early for installation. Now that's what I call Great Service!
I’ve seen a lot of dentists, and had a fair share of dental work. Dr. Ottesen did a crown for me and after a day I couldn’t even tell it was a crown (not my experience in the past!). She is nice, remembers everything about your family, and extremely capable. She also has the best team. I love her hygienists, front desk staff and her assistants.
If you don’t have Dr Otteson, then you are missing out! From the moment you walk through the door, it’s professional and total kindness. Some of my decisions in life have not always been my finest, but choosing this dental office was one of my better choices!!
