I am very picky about my hair, and I don’t trust just anyone to cut it. I’ve gone to Marc Stephens for at least 20 years. Not once have I had a bad cut. I’ve had several people within the salon cut my hair and I would trust any of them to do it again. If you have curly or wavy hair, Angie (in my opinion) is the absolute best.
Lauren does amazing work! I hadn't gotten my hair cut in over a year so it really needed to be touched up. She's super fun to talk to and definitely knows what she's doing! I'll be back!! ♥️

I have been to a ton of salons in this town. I have had good experiences and very bad experiences.I have always thought of salon W. As the best in town until recently. I got the best haircut I have had in 5 years from Luke last week. This wasn’t the first time I have been in to mark Stephens. I have gotten hair cuts from Mark and Angie also. Best place in Des Moines! Everybody is so friendly and the atmosphere is so pleasant, I’m always excited every time to get my hair done. Lucas always does an excellent job, and I always get compliments on my hair the next day. Would highly recommend to anyone! There’s no better place!
Love seeing Lauren to freshen up my hair! She does an amazing job, the staff is great, and lovely atmosphere!
Lauren is the best ever and everyone should go see her because she rocks.
