He is a very good Doctor. He fixed a torn Tendon in my elbow as well as got rid of a bone spur and burcitis at the same time. He explained everything very well. He is friendly and a pleasure to talk to.
I highly recommend Dr. Kowalsky as a surgeon. He is very knowledgeable and spends plenty of time during office visits to answer questions & explain the surgery. I had a 100% success rate for rotator cuff surgery. Dr. Kowalsky overlooked post-surgery exercises and followed my PT for rehab. The office staff is efficient, friendly and well-run. I highly recommend ONS and Dr. Kowalsky!

Dr. Kowalsky is a fantastic orthopedic physician. He operated on my shoulder about six months ago and did a wonderful job. He is honest even when it is hard to hear and does not waver from what is the best way to proceed . Dr. Kowalsky repaired my shoulder after a catastrophic injury requiring the latest of techniques and devices. My shoulder is functioning at 100%! I did my due diligence of the many qualified surgeons in our area and so pleased I chose Dr Kowalsky.
I highly recommend Dr. Kowalsky. Once I got into his office, he looked at my knee and knew exactly what I did and what had to be done. He was up front, honest, and very pleasant. There was no cockyness with him. Explained what had to be done, how long Physical Therapy should be and total recovery time.
