Dr. Kowalsky is an amazing Surgeon. In my quest to repair my shoulder, I spoke to a couple surgeons and from the moment I met him I knew he was the one for my surgery. He takes the time to really listen to the patient from the initial consultation, pre-op, surgery day and post-op. His bedside manners are impeccable. The whole process was seamless. I had to have emergency surgery after a traumatic fall and smashed my olecranon joint (elbow). Not only a very successful surgery but his demeanor during this challenging time was so comforting and encouraging. I am so happy to have had my surgery done by Dr K and would strongly recommend to all considering his care and expertise. He spent time to go over my situation and always available if I had any questions/concerns. Top shelf care.
From my very first visit I was very impressed with Dr. K. Dr. Kowalsky is the best. In 2019 he rebuilt my shoulder for the second time when local orthopedic physicians told me I was old (57) and that this was how it would be. Here I am four years later, and the shoulder is doing incredibly well. What was a grueling surgery and recovery the first time, was accomplished a second time with NO NARCOTICS... none! Now he is helping me navigate "tennis elbow." His office is 1.75 hours from my residence, but trust me I would NEVER go anywhere else.
I had a distal bicep repair, Dr. Kowalsky was amazing and attentive. He not only answered my medical questions, he showed he really cared.
I had major elbow reconstruction surgery and it was hugely successful. Dr. Kowalski was extremely attentive and available before and after the surgery and has a great staff supporting him. I couldn’t be happier.

An amazingly talented surgeon, Dr. Kowalsky should be your go to for any shoulder, knee or other related needs. He operated on my shoulder and bicep and they have returned to near full function with very little pain or difficulty in healing, with, of course, additional related physical therapy. I would send anyone to him without reservation. Five stars. Phenomenal.
