In December 2019, I began seeing Dr Marc Routman for sudden onset of vertigo, tinnitus, aural fullness and bilateral sensorineural hearing loss. I am a praise and worship leader and began noticing i could hardly hear the key changes and timing in music. I followed Dr Routman's prescribed regimen which included decreases sodium and caffeine intake was a game changer.
