I have worked with Lou twice and found him to be responsive and professional. He advocates for both renters and the property owners who usually pay for his services. His business practices were fair and appropriate. His listings are the best in the area and when your interested and start working with him he is great. Standard practices such as applications, credit checks, deposits are initiated as he continues to work with applicants and the owners of the property. He knows his stuff.
