I had a concerning experience at Marc Robinson Jewelry that I feel others should be aware of. I initially came in to ask if they could authenticate a Rolex. At first, I was told they don’t provide that service. Shortly after, they came back and said they could take a look for $100. Based on that, I agreed. The watch was taken to the back for about 10 minutes. What a pleasant experience !!! Kudos to the staff for their professionalism and patience. I wanted to get a nice memorable gift for my nephew on his graduation but didn't knew what lol, but they helped me by showing N numbers of merchandise and later me and my wife left happy with a nice TISSOT watch from there. First interaction to potentially buy a rolex and these people do not their items but also are super rude. They sit in a corner waiting for clients to approach them. What type of people work here? The Indian guy has not energy to help or didn’t even offer support. Worst place to shop
Absolutely love my new watch! The quality is stunning,sleek, elegant, and feels super durable. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. The staff were so friendly and patient, helped me find exactly what I wanted without any pressure. You can tell they really care about their customers. Will definitely be coming back for more pieces!
