The worst experience I’ve had at a medical office. The Dr. is great, but staff is lacking! He put in an MRI for me over a month ago and his staff has not sent the authorization for it although I’ve called twice to kindly ask them to send to my insurance. Today I tried to check in again and their phone line just beeps and beeps. I don’t feel cared for at all.
Gals in office are very nice
This person shouldn’t even be considered a doctor. He did no examination whatsoever which I’ve never witnessed in my 17 years of dealing with severe rheumatoid arthritis. His bedside manner is non existent and he doesn’t bother to allow you to ask questions. He seems miserable in his job and his staff is equally inept and unfriendly
Dr. Philpotts is a very caring doctor that listens to you and cares for you. Only been with him for under a year and I like him a lot! I’ve had fibro for years now and he’s helped me so much with so little time that we have know each other. Thank you so much! I truly recommend him.
