Recommendedgood service at the same time very disappointed , bought a new 2019 Ram 2500 in June 2019, no factory tow mirrors was told the tow mirrors can be ordered and installed within a month here we are Jan. 20 I just called Ram costumer service and was told that they NOT EVEN making ANY tow mirrors for my truck, I would have bought a different truck with the factory mirror instead of the one I bought. they apparently lie to me...……….NOT NICE...…….

sold me a titian XD with electrical problems in shop 8 times in 2 months needed a reliable truck went to the Chrysler dealership and they gave me 37k on a 52k truck 3 months prior that they sold KNOWING !! it had issues...( first owner had same issues ) they are a volume dealer and dont care about doing right by customers!!
