The office is very clean. The wait isn't very long. Everyone there is very helpful. Dr.Gilles Bedside manner is a A+. He's very understanding and listens very well to come up with a plan for all of your needs. With having to switch OB/GYN, I was a little nervous, but I'm glad that I found this locations

Booked an appt online through zocdoc days in advance. Recieved multiple confirmations for my appt and even called the office in advance (they didn’t answer and I was sent to the answering service). I completed all my insurance verification and ubered to the appt. I arrived to an office where there was no doctors on staff. The person at the front stated that they don’t “book” appointments for 1:30pm. She also said no doctor was available for several days because they were out. I have no idea with some of these comments that are written about this doctors office. They’re false I felt very welcomed even the ladies in the front was very informative on what I should except especially with my pregnancy I was very excited since this was my 3rd pregnancy. Dr. Gilles was always present even when I gave birth he did amazing I will never forget the support and care and his staff gave me. Thank you keep up the great work Doc. God bless

After booking my appointment online, I called the office to ask a few extra questions.. I was informed that the appointment that I booked would not happen because they're already booked for that time and if I want to be seen, it will be more than a week out. Why have scheduling online if you don't update it? I'm glad I called because I would have driven out of the way to not be seen. Super disappointed with the organization and professionalism
