She was extremely friendly and easy to talk to - she makes you feel comfortable immediately. The facial was excellent - I walked out glowing.
If you are in CA and haven't been to Nam's, you are missing on life! It is the absolute best nail salon I have ever been to. So professional. The girls really know what they are doing. And chocolates and wine to add to it! Love it.
