He Whitened My Teeth! – LOVE THIS PLACE! Marc is not only a real sweetheart but he is also more than knowledgable about skincare. He has every machine possible for facials. superb facial treatment – marc is very talkative. but i learned alot about my skin. the facial treatment which was his hydrafacial plus was the most interesting facial i ever have gotten before. it as a cornucopia of procedures in one visit and my skin just loved it, deeply cleansed, exfoliated and very very hydrated with a specialised masque he used. im going back since i dont feel my skin has looked this good before. sincerest thanks.

Disappointing – For some reason, Marc's minimal publicity has gone straight to his head. From the second you walk in, he thrashes your skin, your regimen, and any/all the products you use (unless you bought them from him)... and what any normal esthetician would commend you on, he belittles. For example, if you're using an SPF, you're obviously not reapplying; if you're using an eye cream, you're definitely not using it twice a day. Who knew – Marc touts his extensive celebrity clilent list, but you obviously need to be a celebrity to be treated with common courtesy in his salon. He was easily the rudest man I have ever encountered. Paronizing and condecending from the minute I walked in. I've worked in the service industry for many years. I am patient with slow and forgetful waiters, never get annoyed waiting for a drink at a busy bar, but after 5 minutes with marc I was ready to walk out of there - refund or not. Liked it – Overall, it was a great facial. I liked that Marc broke down for you what was lacking and what you needed to do to improve your skin. He definitely has top notch technology to explain to you what is going on with your skin. I do think that he could use an assistant to man the desk. Fabulous Skin!! – OMG! Before coming to Marc my skin was a nightmare. I do surgery for a living and am often wearing the surgical mask around my jaw and chin.
