This is our Second time here, both 30-40 min wait. I appreciate this happens but no communication in advance to appreciate our time. Not only has this been our experience, but two of my friends.

Dr. Asselmeier always takes all the time I need during an appt. He is kind and knowledgeable. The staff that works with him alongside patients are wonderful. I had confidence in my surgical procedure and I’m doing great! Would go back again.

I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Asselmeier to family & friends!! Had surgery on my right shoulder & left knee and everything went well. Both him & his staff are great.

Day after surgery I waited over an hour in pain; he responded with "it happens". He discounted my swollen knee. A week later I had a non-DMG surgeon drain the knee telling me rehab was worthless as the muscles weren't firing with the fluid there. He couldn't believe M.A. didn't take care of this. Was billed for 2 physicians at $5k ea. Turns out a PA I never authorized or met was there! DMG dropped my bal due off my bill to make me go away; they already had recd $5k too much from ins co.

Very caring, considerate, and listens extensively. Also takes time with you in the office. Very helpful and will explain things to you where you will understand.
