It took weeks to get in to see Dr. Asselmeier, and then shoulder surgery was scheduled. I was not told what pre op tests needed to be done until a few days before surgery and was told all testing could only be done through Duly locations. A Duly location made a large mistake in my pre op testing and then my surgery was cancelled the day prior to it happening. When I tried to reschedule I was told I needed to re do labs and then go back to the beginning of a waiting list and that doctor would be on a 3 week vacation and it wo... read more
Dr Asselmeier was knowledgeable, kind, easy to understand and he treated my father with a level of respect that I have struggled to find for my dad recently. The staff around him was also kind, knowledgeable, gentle, excellent at communicating, cheerful and clearly loved their job. My father was treated so well and I have so much hope for reducing his pain and improving his life. Thank you all so much.

Caring physician who takes the time to diagnose and give you comprehensive treatment plan.
76 year old male. Had right TKR with very little pain. Driving in two weeks. Looking forward to getting my other knee done in a few months. Would definitely recommend Dr. A to friends and family.
Very strange guy - He walks in to the office and says how ya doin buuudeee? He talks like paulie shore. Always late and not very patient friendly.. I've sat waiting to be called for over an hour.. The doc clearly prefers to cut you but loathes filling out paperwork that the patient might need.... Not my kind of doc.... I do not recommend
