My father had knee replacement. 72 years old. Had to stay 4 days .the nurse name was Tom great nurse.4th floor. Very attentive. But!!!!!! I think we saw the nurse aide maybe 2 timed. My father was very disoriented.he had a accident on himself. We called to get towels so we could clean him up she brought the towels and got the heck out of that rm not offering to help. I could not ask for a better hospital!! They treat me and my mother like family! I wouldn't go any where else.

SOOOO...I dread going into the ED. I go in and the staff essentially laughed at my complaints and wrote me off! Every other patient was treated with respect! They were ENCOURAGING some patients (like myself ) to leave before being evaluated!!! Wish I could give it ZERO stars!!!
I've been in the waiting room for more then an hour between crying falling asleep from all the pain I'm in every time I ask where I'm at the put people in front of me this is crazy I live in kck not to far from k.u but I promise I'd rather drive all the way to Missouri with a bullet wound then stop here first and last time
they saved my life I had a massive stroke they arevery caring and took excellent care of me
