Dr Vopat and his nurse and staff are great, and have been nothing but good to me. Patient Relations called me in the middle of this. They did all they could. But since this anesthesia clinic made an appointment just to cancel surgery (when they said they wouldn't) there is now no telling when i could get my surgery. it could be a long while because I might have to go out of network.
