The pediatric registration desk is so rude and impatient. I will not bring my children here again. It was our first visit and their registration process is different than all other campuses and the registration woman was rude and impatient with my questions. Her tone and eye rolling were not needed and unacceptable. Thankfully I have good insurance that will allow me to switch to another pediatrician outside of KU.
