If I could give them zero stars I would, in fact I might actually report them to the Better Business Bureau. Unbeknownst to me, when I stopped by the Palisades for a basic car wash three months ago, the guy that so kindly appeared out of nowhere to help me at the kiosk decided to swipe my card not for a single basic wash but for a monthly membership. I had to cancel my entire card and get a new one re-issued so that they would stop charging me. That is theft and fraud! DO NOT GO HERE! And I genuinely hope that I get a respon... read more
