I often find that drive-thru carwashes are lacking in some area--maybe the point of sale system isn't working right and a line of cars backs up; there are no towels and/or spray-cleaner stocked; some part of the drive-thru is broken; the vacuum is weak; etc. As a first time customer, I was pleasantly surprised that everything was available and functioning at this location.
