We placed a custom cake order weeks ago in the Dallas store on Knox. Monday we got a call that they didn't offer the decorations that we wanted so we told them that was fine just to make it as pink and princess as they could. Today we go to pick it up and they didn't make the cake at all! No call about it or anything and this was for 4 people's birthdays at our office. I think this needs to be addressed.
