Tables and dining area is visibly dirty. Dried ice cream that's been there awhile. 2 ladies working. One was decorating cookies while the other was handling all the customers. The one decorating never bothered to pause and help bring down the line. Don't plan on returning..

I love this place a kid that works there showed me a new flavor of ice cream in the cinnabon type ice cream used it on a milkshake as the base it is so good
frequent shopper and was excited for my birthday reward, until i saw i have to spend even more money just to get a tiny free single cookie. $10 for one free cookie. not coming back to shop anymore.
