Love this place!! It was so busy but the employees kept a good attitude through it all!
So DISAPPOINTED and FRUSTRATED! I just got to the location at 740 B1 Schillinger Rd in Mobile, AL... only to be told Chocolate chip and Sugar cookies are the ONLY cookies I can get for $.40 because they are almost out of all of their cookies! TOTALLY wasted my TIME and GAS! I can bake those basic cookies at home! UGH! NOT FAIR TO CHANGE THE RULES IN THE MIDDLE OF THE GAME!
Love this place. It's family friendly and the staff is always so nice. I just wish they'd bring back the raspberry ice cream lol that was my favorite.
The service that I received tonight was HORRIBLE ! I love going to Marble Slab because they have some of the best ice cream in Mobile. One of the workers there tonight was RUDE & neither one of them greeted me once I came in. She then proceeded to rush me through my order and rolled her eyes at me when I asked her a question about my order. This same worker ALWAYS has an attitude. I will never buy/order a cookie cake from here again. Went in on Monday to order a cake for Thursday graduation party. Go to pick it up at 1:30 and they tell me they don't have it. It was filed under the wrong day, the day before. Well if that were true why didn't they call for me to pick it up. All they could do was offer to make it quickly or refund. Not happy WILL NOT be back or recommend ever again. Thanks for no graduation cake.
