RecommendedWe went today and the line was ridiculous! The girls working were so patient and sweet and I hope whoever their boss is gives credit where it is due! They were definitely outstanding!!!

First time I ordered anything, I went to pick up my sons birthday cookie it wasn’t ready and they had no one that could make it. The lady had put it in for the wrong day. Only option was to arrange for me to send someone during the party to get it. Second time I ordered the order was wrong lady was rude both interactions and reading these other reviews it wasn’t just “a bad day” apparently just overall the bad service they don’t care to change.
Way to long to post, but I would love for the owner to reach out to me in regards to an issue this afternoon.

Ruined my daughters birthday. I ordered her cake weeks ago and tried to pay that day. I had my money out and the lady said to pay when I pick up. Come to pick up today and she (same lady) tells me I’m supposed to pay ahead of time. So they cancelled my order. Why not tell me that when I’m ordering and the money is in my hand. Never will ever come back here!!!!!!
Apparently they didn’t prepare for a Memorial Day rush, because they’re out of basic flavors like chocolate, vanilla, and birthday cake ice cream (even more than that apparently). I probably won’t waste our time going in again. �
This has always been a favorite place...awesome flavors!
