We selected a unique piece of granite 4/7/17 for an upcoming project. They put our name on it and said they would hold it for us. We asked if we needed to leave a deposit and they said it was not required. We contacted them again in May and in June to confirm that they still had it and to inform them of the timeline of our project. We have tried to visit with this homeowner directly to apologize, and have visited with the contractor, offering our sincerest apologies. We have more than 20 slabs of the very same material that the customer chose.
