I came in looking for two stone bathroom basins and even though it was closing time by the time I decided, the staff here went out of their way to make sure I left with what I came in for. Sarah went to get multiple boxes to open and choose a gorgeous match for me .She then found matching stone wastes and wheeled them all out to my car for me. Such stunning quality at an affordable price point, my new bathroom vanity has gone from "meh" to "magestic!" I can't thank the staff at MCC enough.

Initial sales call was fine but after sales service was appalling. Problems: 1. Online ordering was very unclear- I checked details before paying and you would swear that delivery was included for free - it listed my home as the delivery address on the ‘check details’ page and on the receipt 2. When I phoned to clarify the situation I was put through to a rude man (arrogant, appeared slow witted) named Isaac who cut me off mid sentence on at least 5 occasions.
