I came in looking for two stone bathroom basins and even though it was closing time by the time I decided, the staff here went out of their way to make sure I left with what I came in for. Sarah went to get multiple boxes to open and choose a gorgeous match for me .She then found matching stone wastes and wheeled them all out to my car for me. Such stunning quality at an affordable price point, my new bathroom vanity has gone from "meh" to "magestic!" I can't thank the staff at MCC enough.
Initial sales call was fine but after sales service was appalling. Problems: 1. Online ordering was very unclear- I checked details before paying and you would swear that delivery was included for free - it listed my home as the delivery address on the ‘check details’ page and on the receipt 2. When I phoned to clarify the situation I was put through to a rude man (arrogant, appeared slow witted) named Isaac who cut me off mid sentence on at least 5 occasions. Absolutely terrible experience. Bluestone cracked and split upon installation. When I called Marble and Ceramic Corp to discuss, the person was aggressive and belligerent, blaming me, blaming the specialist installer for the issues. I am a softly spoken person and the strongest thing I said was 'I'm sorry, I don't agree'. They literally said they didn't care, and they then hung up on me. A fantastic shop with a beautiful range of products including beautiful real stone tiles. The staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always go above and beyond to help. Highly recommend for quality products and great service.
If I could choose 0 stars I would. Product I received was damaged and leaking. When I tried to return the product they would not accept, no refund, no restocking. Terrible customer service and very rude on the phone. 0/5
