Easy to talk to, offered me tips on how to improve my sprained ankle after the massage, has a cozy and quiet place for you to relax and enjoy your massage. I had a great massage. The massage releaved a lot of tight, uncomfortable muscles. I was a bit tender after. But that is expected. As well I enjoyed the conversation.

Go see Maria. I recently returned from a week long resort vacation, where I had great plans to take advantage of their spa services. Unfortunately I got a sunburn early on and simply wasn’t able. When I returned to Halifax, I was still determined to have a relaxing massage. I explained that to Maria and she took it very seriously :) Among the very best relaxation massages I’ve ever had. Will be rebooking monthly at least.
