Unless you have a corner unit, the apartments have no natural light. The work on the inside looked shoddy – the lock on the bedroom door was on the OUTSIDE. When we toured it was advertised as having a gym but it looks like they are removing the gym to add another unit. I’d be able to see past a lot of this if they had electric car chargers but they don’t have those either. If you have an electric car, expect a 2-3 hour wait trying to use the closest fast chargers. I drive past this place often. Why don’t they fix the mural that’s facing Washington? It’s a disgrace. No respect for the art and it reflects on the lack of respect for the building. It’s an eyesore to the community. Edit: I don't even live there, so as per the owner's response, I'm not going to call to work towards a resolution, but it's an eyesore nonetheless and it reflects poorly on the community. How about just fix the defaced portion of the mural or consult with the artist to create something new?

Set up 2 different appointments to view an apartment here and was stood up both times by Charlene at Cirrus asset management. Save yourself the headache!
