I make my living sewing and my Consew 230 machine was being really noisy and not feeding properly. I had a big wholesale order to finish and couldn’t figure out what the problem was and didn’t have a good replacement machine to use. I brought my machine here late afternoon on a Tuesday and he had it fixed for me in a couple hours so I was able to get my work finished on time! It was so appreciated and this will for sure be my new go to place for servicing and breakdowns.

I took my machine in for repairs on 9/11/26 worried it was going to be expensive. But, NO! I had threaded the machine incorrectly and the service man patiently showed me the correct way! No charge! It’s very rare to get this kind of exceptional service. I’m a customer for life now! Thank you sir! *****

An amazing, independently-owned sewing machine repair shop! Ronald is knowledgable, professional, and incredibly experienced. His prices are very reasonable as well. I'm so happy to have found his store and I look forward to bringing my machine here for many years to come.

This place is WONDERFUL!! I forgot the guy’s name, but I was thinking my tensioner was bad, but it wasn’t. It was a handful of reasons of why my machine was skipping stitches and he demonstrated some troubleshooting tactics and was super patient and helpful! I bought some high quality needles at the shop that should fix my issues and I am so grateful for the awesome service! They do home machines and industrials, and I can tell he really knows his stuff!
