I took my machine in for repairs on 9/11/26 worried it was going to be expensive. But, NO! I had threaded the machine incorrectly and the service man patiently showed me the correct way! No charge! It’s very rare to get this kind of exceptional service. I’m a customer for life now! Thank you sir! *****

This place is WONDERFUL!! I forgot the guy’s name, but I was thinking my tensioner was bad, but it wasn’t. It was a handful of reasons of why my machine was skipping stitches and he demonstrated some troubleshooting tactics and was super patient and helpful! I bought some high quality needles at the shop that should fix my issues and I am so grateful for the awesome service! They do home machines and industrials, and I can tell he really knows his stuff!

So so thankful i ended up in this place!! The guy working there is very talented, was able to repair two sewing machines for a great price. I called many places around and this was the best service I could find. I have tried other places as well, this is by far the most outstanding.
