An amazing, independently-owned sewing machine repair shop! Ronald is knowledgable, professional, and incredibly experienced. His prices are very reasonable as well. I'm so happy to have found his store and I look forward to bringing my machine here for many years to come.
This place is WONDERFUL!! I forgot the guy’s name, but I was thinking my tensioner was bad, but it wasn’t. It was a handful of reasons of why my machine was skipping stitches and he demonstrated some troubleshooting tactics and was super patient and helpful! I bought some high quality needles at the shop that should fix my issues and I am so grateful for the awesome service! They do home machines and industrials, and I can tell he really knows his stuff!

So so thankful i ended up in this place!! The guy working there is very talented, was able to repair two sewing machines for a great price. I called many places around and this was the best service I could find. I have tried other places as well, this is by far the most outstanding. If your sewing machine requires repairs above the given quote they’ll call you to inform you before doing anything. Owner was very kind and even helped me carry my heavy sewing machine to the car.
