I ordered a map from Maps.com and immediately received a conformation email. It has since been a month since the order and the map has not arrived. I have sent three emails requesting delivery and called left message. There has been no response. My card was charged immediately. my Order MAPS-43237. No customer service!

I ordered a map from Maps.com on 2/23 around 4:30pm Eastern time. I do not have the unrealistic expectation that this will come in 2 days like Amazon. I figured perhaps a little over 2 weeks. I emailed 3 weeks later on 3/17 to follow up on a delivery update, with no response. It is suggested to go to an app called SHOP, in which you have to create an account. I found this to be a cumbersome way to track a package with a company and was not able to resolve this with installing this app. I called Maps.com twice on this occasio... read more
While there was an issue, these people still get a 5 star rating for stepping up to the plate. Appreciate so much their professionalism. I will be doing more business with them, especially L**** ******.
