Placed order January 4, 2023. Have emailed customer support 3 times with no reply. Have called and left message 3 times with no reply. As of February 2, 2023 order is still 'unfulfilled'. Only left one star review because no option of a NO star review. Interesting that my credit card was attempted to be used at a coffee shop (in California) one hour after placing order. I don't live in California. and did not buy coffee that morning.
I placed an order on December 2, 2022. My card was charged promptly by Maps.com, but I have yet to receive the map (January 29, 2023 as of this writing). I have sent several e-mails and left several voice messages and I have yet to receive a response. I cannot in any way recommend doing business with this company. My ranking would be zero stars if that were accepted.
I wished I would have researched this place from the beginning. My order was placed Nov. 29th. Have not heard from them since, despite efforts to contact them. They don't answer phones, or reply by email. I tried zero stars, but even BBB won't accept.
I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Order placed 12/9 with confirmation received immediately. It is now a full month later and no updates, and no response to my emails. I see several updates regarding short staffing and illness but those are from June-July and it's now January. If that is truly the issue they need to restrict orders. This map is something I needed for a project at work and I am left feeling really embarrassed sitting here waiting with no updates.
Ordered a map for my son for Christmas weeks ago, and crickets. Zero response from phone messages and emails, and of course no map.

I wish I had read these reviews before placing an order with them. I placed an order in October 2022. I have made several attempts also to contact them with no success. I just want my money back at this point. I would definitely NOT recommend them. No customer service at all. No contact with them.
It appears that I have the same concern and complaint as many others. I placed an order on June 10 and my card has been charged - (African laminated 38" x 45" wall map; MAPS 47276). I received a confirmation for the order that day. Weeks later, I had not received my map I made contact with maps.com. I have heard nothing from the company despite multiple phone calls, messages and at least 3 emails. NOTHING. Very unprofessional. I have wondered if this was a scam. Your company needs to hire more people if your incapable of sending something on time. If your print shop can't fill the demand for product then hire more staff or outsource your services. Absolutely ridiculous wait time I was told it would take 2 weeks we are on week four. Get your shit together.
It seems that the delay and no response back for this company is the reason i have not received a map.... my wife has sent 3 emails and called 2 times and left messages and yet holding on to some hope that this company will respond. In my opinion dont order from this company, tomorrow im contacting my bank for a refund due to no merchandise. By the way going on 8 weeks since purchase.
