I've called and written them 4 emails over the last several weeks and have heard nothing back. My map arrived badly damaged and I have been trying since June 21 to get ahold of them to discuss replacement of my map. It appears that I'm not the only one encountering terrible customer service from Maps.com. Some acknowledgement that they received my emails would at least help me know that my issue has not dropped into a dark, deep hole. At this point even one star is one too many.
Would not recommend any business that ignores their customers like Maps.com does. Map ordered, money paid, and NOT ONE WORD from the company for weeks! Several phone messages left and emails sent begging for any info about shipment or delivery of the product. Absolutely ZERO RESPONSE from them. Finally told them that I was contacting the BBB for the next step. Still no help! No other choice but to demand a refund & cancel order. Just as the several previous reviews state, I too placed an order on May 23rd and my credit card was immediately charged. Have sent e-mails as well as phone messages but to no avail. If you want a map, go to a different company. No map, no reply, no explanation. Liz W. I would rate the company zero stars.
Maps.com didn't not respond to any customer inquiries. Ordered a map on 6/10 with expediated delivery. Got a confirmation email but no tracking. Made four attempts to reach them, they just ignore you. Getting my money back but would recommend finding another map company!

I placed an order with payment on April 18. After multiple emails I have not received any response. I would still like to receive the map and am hoping to receive a response after just sending another email inquiring about the status of my order.

I ordered a map on May 23, 2022, immediately got the confirmation email and my charge card was charged. two weeks later, no indication the map was sent. I have sent multiple emails, tried phoning and that's a joke, mail box full and no one ever answers the customer service phone. It appears to be a scam. I am contacting my card company and working from the other end. DO NOT EVER USE THIS OUTFIT!

Ordered a map of the US one month ago, I have not received it as of today. I called and emailed the customer service number. This company is absolutely horrible in terms of customer service. I will be filing a complaint with my credit card company, because as of today the item that I have paid for has not been received and maps.com is non- responsive to my inquiries.
I ordered a map for my nephew’s 10th bday on May 4. They charged my account immediately but still haven’t received my order. My nephew’s bday came and past. I’ve emailed customer service and called several times about my order 44521 and no response. They don’t answer or return my phone calls. All I want now is a full refund. Please help.
