My mom signed me up for a youth account at least 10 years ago & I've never left. Even when I moved out of Marion Co. the online and app feature make banking from a distance easy. Now have a credit card & auto loan here, hope to one day add a home one too because I trust Maps and wouldn't want to work with anyone else!
I was told I'd get my credit card in the mail in 5-7 business days. After 7 business days I called and the lady told me that it would be there that day or the following day. 2 days later I called again (I had a very important trip to go to and needed my credit card). This time some lady told me I had the wrong information, that the card would take 7-10 business days! This company used to be great. a place I could put my money with out worrying it would be taken. now they charge me $3 when I want to make a transfer from my checking to my savings. Your customer service sucks. last time you made mistakes your company directly told me you wouldn't be able to help next time it happened. You're as bad as the corporate banks and even worse at their game. What happened to you guys?
UPGRADE YOUR WEBSITE!!! I should be able to make a mortgage payment online with my US Bank card like every other lender out there! This is SO basic - get your act together.
