I have been a loyal customer for almost ten years I opened my first account with maps and have always referred friends to maps, however within the last year it seems there has been a shift in their business. Suddenly maps wants to take money from my account for moving my personal funds around as I see fit. I am enraged that maps wants to “help me save money” by stealing my funds. Worst then Wells Fargo and that’s saying a lot
Every time I walk into the Keizer branch I wait 20 min - no joke. Every single month to pay my lease payment. It’s ridiculous. And I’m always the only one in the lobby. I feel sorry for people who bank there.
RecommendedI have been with maps for almost 20 years now and have not regretted one day. All their staff is helpful and currtious.
Wife has been a member for over 30 years i myself have been a member for over twenty years. That apparently means nothing to MAPS credit union. I lost my job after 27 years and MAPS responds by locking my credit card. Worthless company that kicks someone when they are down. BTW i had not missed a payment was slow by two weeks at first until i could get unemployment benefits going. So i will take a loan from my 401k and i will pay off my debt and close my accounts and good bye MAPS credit union. A place where loyalty means no... read more
If you don’t mind not being able to contact them other than 8-5 Monday thru Friday, and if you don’t mind not being able to access a mobile deposit for DAYS, then this is your bank. Not happy. Will be going to another bank in the next 2 weeks.
