LONG wait times. We shouldn't be in line at the drive up for 45 minutes. The ATM machines are slower than a snail. Pending deposits take FOREVER to go into the account.

My elderly mother came into the West Salem branch today 3/8/2021 and was treated horribly by the working staff. I understand that during covid, bathrooms are not available for use by the public, but one would assume that during dire circumstances, exceptions can be made. After driving 4 hours and finally arriving at this location, she begged the teller to let her use the bathroom before she began her transaction. brand new customer, been put through the ringer since day one!!!!! web site had issues accepting my initial deposit, was told to just "try again". it "magically" corrected overnight, charging the second debit card i tried, not the first. then takes two weeks to get a card, no lobby banking hrs so pretty tricky to talk to someone unleas you use the drive thru windows.... fast forward two weeks later, cards here, i have a STATE check in my hands from first interstate bank and another from chase. go to drive thru, im expecting ... read more

They do not care about their customers or members and during a time of pandemic refuse to give loans. Maps is a highly crappy bank and needs to be shut down
Better customer service. Better loan department/Loans. I should be able to buy the vehicle of my choice. All you should care about is if I can pay back the loan. I have been a customer for 20 years, and when I have needed a home loan, refi or auto-loan you made it too difficult to do this.
Great people who know their stuff. Love that they are a community bank. Always have a good experience when I stop.
