POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The charges are absurd. They don't appreciate you as a person. They appreciate your money.
If I could give 0 stars I would they're website is not up to date so your account balance isn't accurate got charged an overdraft fee for a payment not yet posted and when I moved they had to resend my husbands card about 4 times and took 2 months to get it I will be changing banks

No issues with the service itself. I have always been well taken care of. However the constant stream of lies concerning debit Apple Pay is disgusting. First mentioned in 2014, I was finally told it was coming late 2015. That didn't happen. Then I was told when they "switched to MasterCard" it would be turned on! Nope, still wasn't on. Then it was "when the switch to MasterCard is completely finished." You guessed it, that didn't happen. Now it's scheduled for the "end of the year." Seriously? Get it figured out, please.
So much gratitude from my wife and I!!!!!! Maps got us a HUGE REDUCTION in interest rate on a motorcycle loan. We are very much blessed by Maps to get a GREAT LOAN!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH MAPS!!!!
