I had taken my car into Maplewood Service this morning (09/12/2020) for an oil change and tire rotation, as I’ve been doing for the past 4.5 years at Maplewood Toyota. Also asked them to check alignment. They had called me before finishing up, recommending a new cabin filter and getting alignment done. Took my 2019 TRD Pro in to find out that my fuel pump is going out right before I have to move out of my house. First they tell me I will get a Corolla, after explaining I have to move they give me a highlander. Cause that will help us move. a 4 bedroom house since it doesn't have a hitch or anything. When asking if they will cover a truck rental cost to move my house they said no. I shouldn't have to pay to rent a truck when mine is sitting in your shop until September cause you don't have parts.
