Misogyny is alive and well within the sales staff at Maplewood Toyota. I had an experience that may have been OK in 1975, but today is definitely not. Upon talking to others, I found this was a common complaint about Maplewood Toyota. I will definitely be going elsewhere!

Excellent service. Non judge mental about my aging vehicle and what I’m willing to do or not do on it due to its age and high mileage. They don’t push you into doing repairs. Clear on prices and time frames. Offer loaners while vehicle is serviced. They even got me in without an appointment. 5 stars

We bought our car here and had excellent service. Recently the car was making a noise when slowing down and we brought it to a dealership closer to where we live 2 times and they said nothing was wrong. We brought it back to Maplewood Toyota and they found the problem and fixed it immediately. We will always come back to them!
