We were selling our house in south city. We needed work done on the sewer system under the basement floor. I called another plumber and he took 4 days to give me a quote, I also called Maplewood plumbing and they came out and gave us a quote that day. They provide top notch work and are very reasonable with their pricing. I know for a fact that they stand behind their products and their craftsmanship. Everyone at Maplewood Plumbing is professional and customer service oriented. Will helped us resolve a particularly horrible experience we had with Soulard Plumbing. To say he went out of his way for us is a huge understatement. Maplewood Plumbing ran new water lines in our bathroom, installed a vanity, sink and faucets. Maplewood plumbing found creative solutions for a complete bathroom remodel in a 120 year old house in Webster Groves. The job couldn't have been more complex, but they handled it with ease. As homeowners, we acted as our own general, and Maplewood Plumbing always had their work done on time and coordinated their schedule with the cabinetmaker, electrician, and tile installer. We got to know these plumbers on a first name basis. Don't call anyone else!
I've used Maplewood plumbing for a couple of small jobs around our 100 year old house and found them properly priced, friendly, on time, and professional. I would highly recommend them.
Horrible customer service. They overcharged us for time they didn't spend working, taking advantage of the fact we were not home. Luckily phone records proved otherwise. When confronting them, they refused to ever give us a description of what they actually spent the time doing. Hung up on us several times, and ended up having to use small claims to resolve the issue. Can't say enough bad things about them. Avoid at all costs!
