Joe just left and we are SO HAPPY with his work! He was so polite, efficient, and thorough. I love that the company requires employees and customers to wear masks, I appreciate the covid questionnaire before arrival, and I've never been happier to do dishes! :) Our hot water to the kitchen wasn't working, water line & shut off totally corroded. We're all fixed up and Joe was amazing. Thank you!
Called them and someone was out to help in 30 minutes. Fair pricing and fees are discussed prior to work being done, so no hidden costs. Courtney went above and beyond and even fixed a couple minor things to help our system function better. Will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them.

Steve with Maplewood Plumbing just left my property, and I’m one ecstatic customer!!! He was thorough, diligent, friendly, respectful, and answered all my questions. He cabled my line several times and restored full flow. A previous company told me that the roots were so heavy they broke two drills trying to push through, that there was a crack in the line, and they couldn’t do anything else to help me except dig up and replace the line (a 5-digit dollar amount). A++ Just an overall fab experience (as far as plumbing is concerned)... Estimator came out twice...additional time to mark out demo for us... Quote came back almost 30% lower than others... Worker on time two days in a row, wore a mask the ENTIRE time, spent almost as much time cleaning up as the job itself and super nice. I forgot his name, but he was from Haiti... ...We had a stack replacement and two other smaller code correcting jobs... ...HIGHLY recommended...
From the scheduling until the wnd of the service, Mapplewood Plumbing was great! Jen was very nice scheduling the service and Robert was professional, friendly and fix the problem very quickly. We do recommend Mapplewood Plumbing.

Egdiel (aka ‘E’) has done fabulous work for us. He installed a high tech hot water heater (by himself!) last month then came back recently to repair a main stack vent which he had pointed out needing repair during the hot water heater install. Always prompt,courteous, neat and organized, knowledgeable and hard working. If you have a chance ask for E!!
