Dr Bader is very rude he needs to learn how to talk politely to clients. I will not be returning only out to make a buck
RecommendedWe love the personalised compassionate care that Dr. Jim has given to all of dogs for over the last 20 + years. We wouldn’t trust our dogs wellbeing or care with anyone else. whether it is giving us the great news that one of our rescues that came to us heart worm positive is finally negative or helping our seniors in their final time, or giving a new puppy an extra snuggle. Jim Bader and his staff are the best!
Staff know me - and, more importantly, know my pets. Have been going to Dr. Bader since 1993!
Our dogs went in for vaccinations and due to our work schedule needed to be there all day... couple days after we got them home, they developed kennel cough... called the office and staff said they have had a few people call... then charged us $83 for meds to get them better... nice racket... get the dogs sick and charge to treat them. When we questioned office manager, she says must have got it elsewhere... seriously!?! I have been very pleased with the services and care from Dr. Bader and staff. When my last dog was sick and had to be put down they got a rescue for me. My Teddy is such a nice dog and I just love him!
Dr. Jim and his staff are awesome. Very helpful and great at what they do. Dr. Jim always explains everything thoroughly and compassionately. And he's awesome with the fur babes!
