My family and myself have had our pets seeing here for years. But after my mom’s and brother’s experience last week we will never bring them here again. They brought in they’re dog with an open wound from a tumor, and when one of the girls went to talk to the vet to see if she would take a minute to see her, she refused and said they couldn’t do anything to help them & were very rude about it. I have had wonderful care for all of my pets here! They are the best around and have great experience and service. They are caring, but direct and give you the true information (no fluffy unnecessary and costly stuff).
We’ve gone here for 20 years and always had punctual, knowledgeable and compassionate care, including when we had to euthanize cats. Our most recent visit was because our 75-pound dog slipped out of her collar and ran into the path of a car. We were seen immediately by Dr. Jill and our pup was treated gently, examined thoroughly. Miraculously, she had no fractures but was very traumatized. I couldn’t ask for better care. ❤️
I can’t say enough about Dr. Bader and his staff. Had a very tough emotional situation tonight and they were amazing!!! I take my dog there but had a situation where I needed help for a dog that was not a client. They help without hesitation, stayed late, gave us the information and time we needed! Thank you again Dr Bader for going above and beyond!!!
