Worst place I have EVER been to. We were long time patients with our older lab and our cat. and we had a medical EMERGENCY this am. of course the office doesn't open till 730 so we drive over to explain we need help and got turned away because we didn't have an office appointment! MEDICAL EMERGENCIES SHOULD NEVER BE TURNED AWAY! MY FAMILY WILL NEVER COME BACK!
My dog was attacked by another dog this morning and a neighbor of mine told us to bring him to Mapleview. We did and they were able to do emergency surgery for him and save him. Had they not been open, or refused to treat him, I don’t know where we would have gone or what we would have done. The doctor called me herself when the surgery was over and let me know what she did during surgery, as well as the extent of his injuries. Kind and caring from start to finish, Puma was in good hands
we were with Mapleview since they opened, we always had excellent care from the vets there. I started fostering dogs 2 years ago for rescue groups. these dogs are neglected and in need of a lot of care mentally and physically. one had a torn up leg that was weeping when we got him. I called mapleview and the office staff was brutal. they wouldn't even see the dog and told me they didn't have time for animals that would not be long term. i can understand if they had no appointment that day, but to refuse to make an appointmen... read more

After 15 years of vet care, we laid to rest our beloved poodle. The entire staff was so loving and shared tears and hugs with us. These people love your pets and today absolutely proved that to us.
I have taken my dogs there for years and appreciated the care Dr. Bader gave them. However, on my last visit one of my dogs died in his office. It was not his fault, but when I went to pay the rather large bill, the office manager refused to let me use the Paw Perks I had earned and then refused to let me talk to Dr. Bader about it. It appears things are changing at this office. It is more focused on the money they can take in and not on loyalty and care of their customers. It is unfortunate.
