Almost Empty waiting area, No coffee, no vending machine, almost no furniture, . Imagine waiting there for an hour??? 2 hours??? After 3 years no changes: bad service, bad vibe s, last place on Earth to get a surgery…. And nobody cares about you!
Avoid having surgery here if you can. They charge you up front for the facility fees, which is standard. The problem with this facility is once you receive your EOB from the insurance company and you are due a refund, you can't reach anyone. We have called several times and no answer l, when we finally did get someone on the line they took the information and we never heard back again. We called again, and got the same person who explained that it's one person who processes the claims and she would contact us. Surgery was in... read more
