Great place but the laundry is outrageously expensive for residents

Rented in 3 different buildings in the Maplehurst complex across 4 years. The Kristopher building (830) Pros: - Efficiency was very affordable - Spooky (haunted?) 100-year-old old building was fun to live in - Close to the laundry facilities Cons: - Water pipes require frequent outages for maintenance and occasionally leak/burst. - The walls and windows of the building are also fairly old and as such require more maintenance/sustain more wear and tear compared to a newer building.
