I cannot say enough positive things about Maplehurst Park Apartments and TUFF UT PARK llc. I moved in almost two years ago, and throughout my time here the team has consistently taken incredible care of both me and my wife. My experience at Maplehurst was great. As a student at the university, the location could not have been more perfect. I did not have a car while I was at Maplehurst; however, it was within walking distance to both downtown and the campus. It is ideal for anyone looking to be close to everything. The office staff was always transparent, keeping us well-informed about any updates or ongoing matters. While the apartment prices are fair, there are several serious concerns. Since it’s not a gated community, car break-ins are common, and unfortunately, management has not taken any action—such as installing security cameras—to ensure residents’ safety. Additionally, the area around the dumpster is extremely neglected, with large amounts of trash piling up. At night, the lack of street lighting makes it very difficult to see and creates an unsafe environment.
Great place but the laundry is outrageously expensive for residents
