Not happy. I brought a explorer 3 weeks ago and it had damage from the dealerships employee. They said they would fix it for us. Now my vehicle has sat at the dealer for 2 week for them to call me and tell me the part is on backorder... i just dont understand how no one knew the part was on backorder until this afternoon. This was the worst service I have ever received. Matthew Boracos was the most ignorant sales person I have ever encountered. They changed the price of the vehicle to almost double when I tired to buy it. I also fell on wet floor bc they just moped it but failed to tell anyone or put up floor signs. When I told the sales manager Jose Jimenez , he laughed and made a joke of it. I ended up hurting my leg and burning my hand with coffee. My saleswoman Brittney was the best. She took my brother and myself out to test drive a few cars. She listened to my wants and concerns to finally suggest my new SUV that I LOVE!!! I already suggested people to go check her out.
