What ever you do... stay away from Larry! He is the most unprofessional business man I have ever encountered. I picked up a virus and took my Gateway laptop to have it cleaned up in mid December. After I got it back, I realized he gave me the wrong power supply, he swore it was mine. He eventually found the correct one and dropped it off. I was still having major issues and Larry proceeded to inform me that my hard drive was nearly full. It was working fine prior to the viruses... but I picked up one at Tiger Direct on 12/30... read more
