After reading your Maple View Flats new applicant page for availability for your units I felt this was the right place for me. O how was I so wrong, just another misrepresentation and hoaxes by a big-name realtor. DCHA housing applicants beware. Don't bother your time looking for a home here. This property discriminates against voucher holders, even when the vouchers cover everything. This is against the law. I recently had to file a complaint with DC Office of Human Rights.
