RecommendedLoving every bit of our stay here. All thanks to Mr. Frazier for helping us settling in this very new Home of ours. The office/managerial staff, the maintenance team and everybody is Top notch. Would highly recommend this quiet and peaceful apartment complex with spacious apartments, tons of storage space with an amazing pool. 👍🏻
Not enough parking, loud neighbors, not enough grassy areas for it to be a pet friendly facility, pool area and parking lot is always full of loud people who don’t live there. Maintenance does respond pretty quick and property manager Shannon is great, it just hasn’t really been updated at all since it was built.
My daughter, who is a college student at UT, had an appointment to view an appt there. When she arrived early for the appt, the property manager, Tammy Gunn, proceeds to tell her that the appt is rented now. Never an apology for the inconvenience...seemed very dismissive and unprofessional. I called to express my daughters disappointment and she says, well, i told her she could come back to view it later today. I explained to her that that's not an apology. She thought it was. Enjoying all the amenities provided here! Tammy who manages the complex is always helpful and addresses any issues should they occur. Maintenance crew works to keep the grounds in good condition and keeps the salt water pool in good shape. Should check it out!
Great apartment complex! No issues while staying there for a year!
Its a great place to live! The apartments are very nice. Well kept property! Friendly staff. Reasonably priced for the amenities. Safe and quiet. I have been here for over 3 years and I love it!
