The past several times I have come here I have been very disappointed. I used to come here often and it was relatively fast. Now it appears they have new staff. It took over 30mins to be served there weren't that many people. The water cups were disgusting with things floating in them. All the tables were dirty. By the time our food got to us it was cold. I won't be coming back.
Lovely place to stop for a quick bite, or to hang out and visit. Food hot and delicious. Lemon bar perfectly tart!
Everyone should make Downtown apart of their visit.. Maple St. Bistro is the best!
I've become frustrated as a long time customer. This is a neat Bistro w a cheerful staff and a good menu but drinks take way too long to be delivered & most often come long after food has been delivered. Cleanliness (floors, windows & tables) are questionable & the cold case rarely has much in it. This is tuff to post but feel inclined to share for the sake of owner awareness as we would prefer to continue our weekly visit.
Wonderful little place, delicious food and awesome lattes. Just gets a bit noisy sometimes. My friend and I have coffee almost every week.
I went to the drive through, apparently you cannot order all things through the drive through, kind of annoying, I didn't end up getting food, the line took quite a while so it was a bummer I couldn't get what I wanted to order after waiting so long. I ordered a Chai Tea Latte with Soy milk, it was flavorless, not hot at all and for $5 very disappointing. I like supporting local businesses but this was not somewhere I would drive out of my way to get something.

Our coffee came 23 minutes after our food was served & then my latte wasn’t even room temperature. (We had asked for our pastries to be warmed, they were cold & hard.) I stood in line for another 7 minutes to ask for them to make it right & instead of refunding (which I asked for) or heating it up, they took my cold coffee & gave me a punch card for a free one... as if I wanted to wait another 20+ minutes. Very disappointed in the service and the coffee.
