I was visiting Spokane, lucky for me this wonderful bistro had good reviews on yelp!!! I loved it and if I ever go back I'll stop there every morning for a maple nut latte. The food was great and the coffee was AMAZING. The staff was friendly also helpful. Move to Texas Maple Street Bistro!!!
The worst thing about living on the south hill is that this place is so far away.

Holy guacamole batman! The Bistro rocks my world. Finally tried the chicken pecan salad today and I'm like WHAAAAAT?!?! SO good. And thankful for another yummy gluten free option to go with my already tasty blackberry almond scone. And Anvil coffee is a bomb local roast. Love my bistro. Love the people. :)
